The purchase or sale of any property by the Church must be approved by FMCiC prior to proceeding with the transaction. Proposals should be submitted to the Director, Administrative Services with full details provided.
For a purchase provide the address, a brief description of the property, the cost, how the purchase will be financed, the proposed date of the purchase and the intended use of the property. In addition, provide the date of approval of the purchase by the Society
In the case of the sale of property, provide details of the property, the date of approval of the sale by the Society, the expected sale price and how the proceeds will be utilized. Capital proceeds can only be used for capital expenditures.
