Another significant change this year has seen Susan DePlanché, the former Administrative Assistant to the Director of Personnel, take on a new role with more responsibility. Susan is now the Credentialing Coordinator. She will work closely with the Director of Leadership Development, the Bishop and the MEGaP committee to ensure that those in the tracking journey toward credentialed ministry within the FMCiC are staying on track and getting the support they need. Susan will also be a resource for MEGaP as they continue to evaluate their processes and look for ways to be as helpful as possible in coming alongside and supporting folks who are exploring God’s call to credentialed ministry. Pray for Susan as she steps fully into this new role.
