It is our hope and prayer that congregations across Canada will continue to form global partnerships and participate in God’s mission all around the world. Our current partnerships include Ghana and Sri Lanka, and as of 2020, India. In each of these countries we have strong ties and healthy relationships with pastors and leaders on the ground. When we support these brothers and sisters, not only are we helping them to meet wholistic needs, but we’re also equipping and encouraging the local church to bear witness and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

As of 2020, we are also encouraging the FMCiC to further the work of the local church in India by supporting childhood development programs and conservation agriculture. These programs, which are the responsibility of pastors and leaders on the ground, are made possible through the efforts of International Child Care Ministries (ICCM) and Tearfund Canada.
ICCM is a unique work of the Free Methodist Church that seeks to transform the lives of children and their communities all around the world.
Tearfund Canada is a relief and development organization lifting people out of poverty all around the world, and the FMCiC is grateful for our long-standing partnership with them.
