LDP – Leadership Development Plan is a parallel approach to the MEGaP process for discerning the suitability and readiness for candidates to be considered for credentialed ministry, where the local church helps  carry the responsibility of conducting interviews in a timely manner
 
LifePlan is a user-friendly process developed to help churches evaluate their ministries.  It is a cycle that focuses on six key areas. These involve research, prayer and fasting, conversations as a community, dreaming and planning, focusing the pastor’s job description according to the plan, and staying focused.

Ministry Map is a simple group exercise designed to discern where a church’s ministry energy is going.  Once completed this overview shows areas of under focus and over focus which is helpful when navigating toward a more healthy profile.

MCDUFF (Major Cities Designated Urban Footholds Fund) is a fund established in 2005 to help urban churches get a foothold in the core of our major cities by subsidizing a portion of their rental expenses for a limited number of years.

NCD – Natural Church Development is a survey that churches use to measure eight characteristics of health within their congregations.  It is one of several tools used for evaluating where the church is at when using the Lifeplan.

Network Leader is a pastor who leads a group of pastors for the purposes of meeting on a regular basis for fellowship and encouragement, accountability, and the reviewing of five key themes.

A Network Leader Mentor coaches several Network Leaders, receives updates on the pastors and churches in their networks and communicates with the Bishop on how the networks are going.

PLTF – Pastoral Leadership Task Force is chosen by the local board of a church in transition to work with the Director of Personnel in the selection process of a new lead pastor.
