We are so thankful for partners like you who help us equip, train and lead our local churches to be healthy and effective in their communities. We are excited about the new ways we can now offer our sponsors engagement and connection with our church.

Conference App and Website Access:
Our Virtual Conference will be hosted on Whova. This platform creates a custom mobile and web app that all 400+ attendees will use during conference.  We will also ‘mirror’ content from the app to our website (Workshops, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Agenda Sessions, etc.)  which allows greater exposure and connection with not just our conference attendees, but also our local church members across the country.

1-year Extended Access:
Both the conference app and the mirrored website with full access to the virtual conference’s workshops, exhibit hall, sponsors, reports and videos will also be ‘extended’ for one year from the General Conference date (till June 2022)

Sponsor Page and Banners:
Sponsorship partners can create their own sponsors page with a promotional video, contact and web links.  As a sponsor, your ad banner will be displayed in many places frequently viewed by attendees such as the event home screen, the bottom of each session, and in the attendee profiles.  Premium sponsors will also have their logo prominently displayed on the home screen as well as be featured in the Exhibit Hall.

Virtual Workshops:
Workshops will be included in the agenda as an ‘extra’ day and will be available for both conference attendees and local churches to view for 1-year.  Workshops will include videos description, speaker information and any handouts.

Virtual Exhibit Booths:
Each virtual exhibit booth will include the option of uploading a promotional video, photos as well as any promotional offers,  company information/logo and contact. You can also collect and export leads from those who have interacted with your booth. (Note: since the exhibit hall is open for 1-year, do not enable the live-streaming/showcase options.

  • Exhibitor Passport Contest:
    To encourage all conference attendees to visit all exhibits, we will be hosting an ‘Exhibitor Passport Contest’. As attendees visit exhibit booths and interact by Liking, leaving a comment, or inquiry, their exhibit hall passport gets ‘stamped’.  Attendees who have filled their exhibit passport within the first week of conference will be entered for prize draw.
  • Exhibitor/Sponsor Guides:
    We will be sending our exhibitors and sponsors a link and online guide to walk you through how to upload promotional/info videos and handouts as well as options for interactive surveys, polls, promotions and/or discount coupons. Exhibitors that also have a workshop are encouraged to include a cross link somewhere on their booth to their workshop(s).
  • Collect/Export Leads:
    From the Exhibitor Hub section, you can collect/view all leads generated from attendees who like the booth and leave a comment, as well as anyone who claimed a promotional offer(s). You can also export the collected leads to your email address.

Additional Virtual/Regional Gatherings and Votes prior to Conference:
In addition to the virtual conference, we are adding various virtual gatherings and voting sessions prior to our conference date where we will be highlighting various sponsors and offer a promotional draw during each event.

Virtual Art Gallery and Auction:
We will be showcasing the art of Kisemanito Pakintinasuwin – The Creator’s Sacrifice in a virtual art gallery.  This series of 17 images was painted by Ovide Bighetty in acrylic on canvas in his unique version of the Woodland Cree style established by Normal Morriseau.  Authorized prints will be available for purchase through an online silent auction (closing one week from conference).  All proceeds will go towards the Indigenous Christian Fellowship.
