This workshop will focus on common issues regarding facility rentals, such as maintaining a charity’s Christian nature when renting to third parties, liability issues, and potential undue benefits to charity members and donors. A policy development tool will be provided and discussed.
Gilbert Langerak | Canadian Council of Christian Charities
Gilbert Langerak is the Manager of Member Support for the Canadian Council of Christian Charities. He has a diploma in business administration from Seneca College and a bachelors degree in Christian Studies (Business) from Redeemer University College.
Gil has over 30 years’ experience in administration and leadership positions in both the for-profit and charitable sectors. He is also an experienced church treasurer & elder and has served on numerous boards.
Gil serves as host for a wide range of topics presented by CCCC via webinars over the internet and leads workshops dealing with broad and focused technical issues for charities.
