Community Market with a Purpose

Is there anything better than homemade donuts, hot coffee, and farm fresh produce? At First Free Methodist Church in Moose Jaw, SK, this dream is a reality! For the last two years, FFMC has been inviting their congregation and neighborhood to share their creations with the community. From local honey to a children’s book to garage sale vendors, the options for buyers continues to grow.  In addition, there are plenty of gently used clothes, household items and toys for sale. It is a great way to shop and connect with those in the community.

FFMC hosts a table with coffee and donated baked goods.  All the proceeds from these sales go to International Child Care Ministries, an organization is dedicated to helping over 20,000 children across 30 different countries aiding their education, providing meals, clothing and medical care. FFMC uses 100% of the profits to purchase goats for families in need.
