Day 15 (April 19, 2020)
Praise – That we now have 71 Prayer Point People who are seeking to be catalyst for the growth of their local churches to become houses of prayer so that as movement we become a house of prayer that makes possible our renewal and thereby transform our communities and world.
Prayer – That the prayer life of every local church and our national leaders will grow to the extent that prayer will become a primary priority of the FMCIC and lead to its renewal, so that we powerfully advance the Kingdom in Canada and beyond (1 Tm. 1:1-4).
Day 16 (April 20, 2020)
Praise – That we are currently tracking 41 different projects through the various stages of church planting.
Prayer – That the Spirit of God would strengthen the leaders of these works with endurance, wisdom, a genuine love for the lost, provision and the powerful anointing of the Spirit (2 Tm. 1:5-7).
Day 17 (April 14, 2020)
Praise – For the local churches that are flourishing, helping people to come to Christ and making disciples that are being sent out to make more disciples.
Prayer – For the churches among us that are plateaued or in decline, that they will have the hope, desire, wisdom and faith to become turn around churches that are flourishing (Rom. 15:5-6).
Day 18 (April 15, 2020)
Praise – For the pastors and lay pastors that God has raised up to help feed the approximately 150 churches in our movement, and for their obedience to Christ and willingness to sacrificially serve them (Heb. 6:10).
Prayer – That God would help us to know how to best equip and direct them to the where they are called to serve and that many new pastoral leaders will be raised up to help each of our churches be renewed and reproducing (2 Tm. 2:2).
Day 19 (April 16, 2020)
Praise – That God has given us the privilege to be used to help take the gospel to ends of the earth in such places as Ghana, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and India, and to provide holistic help through International Childcare sponsorship and partnering with Tear Fund.
Prayer – That God will help those works to grow and flourish, especially during this time of crisis, and that God would help us to be effective partners with them and that He would use us in much greater ways. (Col. 1:9-14).
Day 20 (April 17, 2020)
Praise – For those from our movement who have answered the call to take the gospel cross-culturally overseas and within our country.
Prayer – That God will thrust us forth to share the Good News and good deeds with many cultures outside of Canada and within our borders, such as our new immigrants, international students, our First Peoples, and our francophone communities, (Mt. 9:35-38).
Day 21 (April 18, 2020)
Praise – For the children, youth and young adults in our midst and the ministries to them, including our camps.
Prayer – That we will know how to make disciples of our next generation so that they will be a Spirit-filled generation that is mightily used of God in this needy world. (2 Tm. 3:14-15).
